Cookies are small files that a site stores in your browser to remember information between visits. This policy explains which cookies citaltiva.com.co uses, what for, and how you can accept them, reject them or change your choice. When a cookie can identify you, its processing is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Colombian Law 1581 of 2012.

Our commitment

  • Cookies that are not necessary stay blocked until you accept them.
  • Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can change your mind at any time.
  • We never send health data, phone numbers, emails or conversations to third parties for advertising purposes.

Cookie categories

Cookies the site uses today

If we enable an analytics or marketing tool in the future, we will add it to this table with its provider and duration, and it will only load after you accept it in the preferences panel.

Third-party links

The WhatsApp button is a plain link: it loads nothing from Meta while you browse. If you click it, you move to WhatsApp and its own privacy and cookie policies apply.

How to manage your preferences

  • On the site: use the notice shown on your first visit or go to Cookie settings, also available in the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent, we will delete the cookies in that category that can be removed from the site.
  • In your browser: you can block or delete cookies in the privacy settings of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. If you block necessary cookies, the site will not remember your choice.

We will ask for your choice again every 6 months or whenever we change the cookie categories. For questions, write to gerencia@citaltiva.com.
